I still have my neighbors whole tree of Meyer lemons and I finally feel ready to try this. Do you put the juice you squeezed back in the jar?

you want to smash them to release the juices, it’s important to make sure the top is submerged in liquid so keep smashing.

I am not american and I understood most but have some doubts. You pour The juice? So there is no water right? I preserved them with water. And when they are done you use The liquid, so you can store them in The fridge? Outside? Thanksssss

no water! the liquid will come from salt extracting it from the lemons, let me know if that doesn’t make sense
